|Austrailian Leg of Lamb Marinade||

Another perfect Lamb Marinade. Make sure and soak it overnight!
- ¾ Cup Soy
- ¾ Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ Cup Onion Bullion (May Sub: Onion Soup)
- 3 Tbsp Horseradish
- 3 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
- Pepper (To taste)
- Mix ingredients and soak lamb overnight. Works best on a butterflied cut since there is more surface area to absorb the marinade but you could inject it or use a Jaccard type meat tenderizer.
