BBQWoo’s Finishing Sauce

  • 1 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Sugar Cane Vinegar
  • 1 ┬ż Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Catsup
  • 1/3 Cup Masterchief BBQ Sauce.
  • 5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp red Chili Flakes,
  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar.
  1. Simmer and reduce about 1/3 of it to the consistency that you like. It will be thicker as it cools down in the fridge.
  2. I use this sauce on pulled pork sandwiches as well as a dipping sauce for all the other grilled and smoked ribs, brisket, sausages.
