I don’t know how my aunt got Joe to give up his rub recipe, but I love it.
Ingredients
  • 3 Paprika
  • 3 Kosher Salt
  • 3 Black Pepper
  • 1 Onion Powder
  • 1 Garlic Powder
  • 1 Thyme
Instructions
  1. Rub into room temp meat right before grilling. Works well sprinkled on burgers too
