- 15 Oysters
- Pickled Ginger
- Tamari Soy Sauce
- Lay some aluminum foil on the grill grate and smoke the oysters over pecan or alder at 225 to 230 degrees F. for about an hour. Be sure they don’t dry out during the smoking. Serve with Tamari soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
- Put them on the grill grate cup side down and let them smoke. The heat will open them up.
