IceBoxBBQ Pineapple Marinade

This Marinade is for the Mesquite Pineapple Shrimp Skewers! Yum!
Ingredients
  • 5 Oz. Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Oz. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Oz. Ground Cumin
  • 1 Oz. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Oz. Salt
  • 2 Oz. Paprika
  • 4 Oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 32 Oz. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro, leaves choppe
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Also good with chicken, beef, pork.
