Mike’s Rib Finishing Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ tsp Louisiana-style Hot Sauce
  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp ground Cloves
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Cup finely chopped Sweet Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp ground Cumin
  • ½ Tbsp Ancho Powder
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredient Combine ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer over medium heat. Cook until reduced by one-third.
