| Smoked Beef Brisket Dry Rub |

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp cracked Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsp Sweet Paprika
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in small bowl to blend. (Makes 1/2 cup; reserve one tablespoon for mop)
