Tuna Glaze

  • 1 ┬Ż tsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Water
  1. To make the glaze/sauce I used about 1 1/2 teaspoons of Hoisin sauce. I mean regular teaspoons, not measuring teaspoons. I added about 1 1/2 T of water to the jar and swooshed it around to get it all. I then added ketchup to smooth out the taste, maybe 2 T. I then added about 1 t of lime juice, the kind in the plastic squeeze container that looks like a lime.
