Austrailian Leg of Lamb Marinade

Another perfect Lamb Marinade. Make sure and soak it overnight!
Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup Soy
  • ¾ Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ Cup Onion Bullion (May Sub: Onion Soup)
  • 3 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 3 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
  • Pepper (To taste)
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients and soak lamb overnight. Works best on a butterflied cut since there is more surface area to absorb the marinade but you could inject it or use a Jaccard type meat tenderizer.
