Dog Bone’s Peppercorn Steak Sauce

Light and tasty sauce to bring out the inner flavor of your steak!
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Dried Cherries
  • ½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 chopped shallot
  • 1 ½ Cups Port wine
  • 1 Sprig Thyme
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and reduce to about 1 Cup.
  2. Yield: About 1 Cup.
