| Horse Radish Cream Sauce |

This sauce recipe is great with Prime Rib!
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup prepared Horseradish, well drained
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp snipped Chives, or Scallion tops
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- Freshly cracked Black Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl and allow flavors to incorporate for 1 hour before serving. (This sauce may be prepared 2 days in advance and held refrigerated and covered.)
