I don’t know how my aunt got Joe to give up his rub recipe, but I love it.
Ingredients
- 3 Paprika
- 3 Kosher Salt
- 3 Black Pepper
- 1 Onion Powder
- 1 Garlic Powder
- 1 Thyme
Instructions
- Rub into room temp meat right before grilling. Works well sprinkled on burgers too
