Bourbon Sauce.
Ingredients
  • 2 Cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Cup packed Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1 Cup good Bourbon (Jim Beam is good here)
  • 4 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • Optional: Dash of Liquid Smoke, if you like it
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until thickened.
