Louisiana Grilled Oysters |

This southern Louisiana Recipe is simple and delicious. If you have never tried grilled oysters, see below for the recipe. Ingredients
- 2 doz. fresh Oysters
- 1 stick Butter
- 5 Toes Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh ground Pepper
- 1 ½ Tbsp sea salt
- Juice and Zest from ½ Lemon
- Fresh grated Cheese
Instructions
- Melt all, except cheese, in a pan over low heat
- Grill dome should be at full heat as in trex.
- Clean and shuck oysters and arrange on grill.
- After they get hot, add 1T sauce being sure to get some of the garlic. Add a pinch of cheese.
- Oysters will not be ready at the same time. Thicker will need to cook longer. Look for cheese browning around edge.
- Eat with fresh sliced French bread to sop up any sauce left in the shell.
