Masons Meat Rub

Light and flavorful rub.
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Black Peppercorns
  • 2 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp dehydrated Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Grind in coffee grinder until the peppercorns are crushed.
  2. Oil meat with olive oil and dust with rub.
  3. Enough for 4 thick steaks or one chicken.
