Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 16 oz. OJ
  • 1 Gal Water
Instructions
  1. A basic brine of 1 cup sugar, 1cup kosher salt, 16 oz OJ to a gallon of water for about 9 hours
