This BBQ Dry Rib Rub was posted with and for use in the Raichlen’s Pseudo Rendezvous Ribs and in Raichlen’s Pseudo Rendezvous Rib Sauce
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp pure Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp fresh Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp dried Thyme
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well.
