Smokey Joe’s Hot Venison Paste |

Woooo doggies this baby is “HOT”. That red pepper is really standing out in this seasoning. Had a small piece that was done when I got up this morning and naturally I had to sample it. It woke me up for sure. So far the meat seems to be more tender than normal deer meat but it’s still not like pork and beef on the dome.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Red Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Cup Salt
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ⅓ Cup Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix ingredients well, in a small bowl
