Spicy Hot Wing Sauce |

This Hot Sauce was posted with and for use in the Memphomaniac’s “Simple Chicken Wings”.
Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) bottle of Frank’s Red Hot
- 12 Cup Butter (May Sub: Margarine)
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Shake of Datil Pepper Dust (some pepper indigenous to St. Augustine, FL. Damn hot)
Instructions
- Saute the garlic in the oil and then add the Frank’s and the butter. Bring to a simmer slowly and then shake in the pepper. Just need to get the sauce hot and well mixed, and then it can rest.
- This is basic hot wing sauce, and I read on the bottle that Frank’s was used in the original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing recipe.
