Spicy Hot Wing Sauce

This Hot Sauce was posted with and for use in the Memphomaniac’s “Simple Chicken Wings”.
Ingredients
  • 1 (12oz) bottle of Frank’s Red Hot
  • 12 Cup Butter (May Sub: Margarine)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Shake of Datil Pepper Dust (some pepper indigenous to St. Augustine, FL. Damn hot)
Instructions
  1. Saute the garlic in the oil and then add the Frank’s and the butter. Bring to a simmer slowly and then shake in the pepper. Just need to get the sauce hot and well mixed, and then it can rest.
  2. This is basic hot wing sauce, and I read on the bottle that Frank’s was used in the original Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing recipe.
