Who’s hungry? Spice up this fall season with apple cinnamon caramel monkey bread. This gooey and sweet dessert is so good your mouth will water.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Of Regular Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Of Cinnamon
Bowl of Water With Some Lemon in it
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/4 Cup Of Pecan Pieces
1/2 Teaspoon Of Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Of Butter (Melted)
1/2 Cup Of Carmel Sauce
1 Package Of Large Biscuits
Use a lower rack with a baking stone to use it as a heat diffuser, and use the standard cooking rack above it. Preheat oven to 365°.
Peel your apple, and dice it into bite size pieces. As soon as you chop it, place it into the bowl of water and lemon so that the apple doesn’t brown. Open your rolls, and cut the rolls into quarters. Mix together your cinnamon, brown sugar, and sugar mix, and pour the mixture onto the rolls and make sure the rolls are covered with the sugar. Drain the apples, and add them into the rolls, mixing them all together. Add the pecans into your pan, spreading them as evenly as possible. Add the dough and apple mix, pressing as you add new layers. Take the caramel sauce and vanilla and mix it together, and pour the mixture right over the top of the bread. It’s ready to be placed on the grill! Cook at 365° for about 30 minutes. Let it cool, and flip it over and lift the pan off, and serve!
