Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ½ tsp Louisiana-style Hot Sauce
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- 3 Tbsp Dijon-style Mustard
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- ¼ tsp ground Cloves
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ Cup finely chopped Sweet Onion
- 1 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ Tbsp Ancho Powder
Instructions
- Mix ingredient Combine ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer over medium heat. Cook until reduced by one-third.
